The fifth Italian round of the Target Gender Equality Accelerator is open. It is a 6-month training course aimed at companies participating to the UN Global Compact, which provides them with the knowledge and skills necessary to set and achieve ambitious corporate objectives for gender equality, with a view to increasing the impact of SDG 5 - Gender Equality of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
Insights
Companies participating in the program have the opportunity to:
- gain a clear understanding of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEP)
- measure your performance in terms of gender equality and compare yourself with other participating entities
- participate in capacity-building workshops and peer-to-peer learning groups at national level
- hear expert testimony on how to accelerate progress on gender equality
