Equal pay is currently a key priority on the European and international agenda for achieving gender equality. Against this backdrop, EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency introduces new obligations and opportunities for companies, aiming to tackle the gender pay gap and promote fairer, more transparent pay systems.

As part of the 2026/27 edition of the Target Gender Equality Accelerator, the Italian Network is hosting a webinar on pay equity—with a focus on the legislative landscape—open to all member companies, not just those enrolled in the programme.

The webinar aims to offer participating companies an opportunity to explore and discuss the Directive's key implications for the private sector, while providing tools and practical insights for addressing the issue of pay equity in a structured manner.
