UNGCN Italy has established an "Observatory on Diversity & Inclusion" in the workplace with the aim of collecting the experiences and perspectives in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion of Italian companies participating in the UN Global Compact.

About 30 business and non-business players are currently involved in the activities of the working group, coordinated by UNGCN Italy and enriched by contributions from the International Labour Organization - ILO and the Italian Association of Staff Management - AIDP.

For 2025, the Observatory meetings will focus on senior/silver population in companies and multiculturalism and interculturalism in the workplace, with the ultimate goal of drafting a document of guidelines and collection of best practices on the topic.
