UNGCN Italy has established the ObservatoryDiversity & Inclusion in the workplace with the aim of collecting the experiences and perspectives in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion of Italian companies participating in the UN Global Compact.

About 30 business and non-business players are currently involved in the activities of the working group, coordinated by UNGCN Italy and enriched by contributions from the International Labour Organization - ILO and the Italian Association of Staff Management - AIDP.

In 2024, the meetings of the Observatory will focus on the monitoring, reporting and measurement of the impact of company activities in the field of DEI, with the aim of drafting a document containing guidelines and best practices on the subject.
