The valorization of all forms of diversity - ethnic origin, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, civil status, disability and political opinion  - is part of the BNP Paribas Ways, which recognizes in inclusion and pluralism two of its distinctive features. In this, BNP Paribas Pride Italia was born, presented in Milan on May 15th: a network of employees for the  inclusion culture and the fight against all discrimination related to sexual identity.

Pride Italia is born from the people , with the awareness that diversity is social, cultural, business and economic wealth, and with the conviction that promoting these values ​​is in the spirit of BNL and BNP Paribas.

BNP Paribas Pride Italia wants to be a place for information and training, comparison and assistance for LGBT employees, but also an organization to plan and organize initiatives and events on topics related to the LGBT community and consistent with the “diversity&inclusion” culture.

To that end, BNL has started a partnership with the non-profit association Parks - Free and Equal, working with companies on business potential of  inclusive LGBT strategies.
